Some of the Fruit Trees in the Yard ............ (Steph's request)

.
As you walk down the side of the house, there's the lime tree (and a small Blood Orange tree), a tangerine tree that will be loaded next year (it goes all out every other year), the grapefruit and Navel Orange and at the end, the Avocado tree which bore prolifically this year!
Lime tree, still small fruit but soon there will be more than we can use!

Guava tree. We have three of these and they'll be dropping fruit by October. I have recipes for Guava Jam and Guava bread, both delicious, but I can't possibly use all the fruit. I do puree them with orange juice and any berries in season. That's awfully good, too!

The grapefruit tree. The fruit gets dirty looking on the outside, but cleans up nicely. The tree is loaded. We make juice, but the skins also make great sugared candy!

The orange tree...one of them. This is a Valencia, or a juice orange. We also have a Navel orange, but we mainly juice them, too. Below, Ken making the juice we drink daily.
